About Amanda

Amanda is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Practitioner with over eight years of extensive experience helping clients move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.

Amanda teaches private, one-on-one sessions in her home studio, offering Reformer, Tower, Mat and Chair Pilates. Her clients range from athletes to teenagers, pre- and post-natal mothers, individuals recovering from surgery, and those managing lifelong conditions such as osteoporosis or arthritis. No matter your starting point, Amanda tailors each session to meet your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Amanda’s approach is rooted in the foundational principles of Pilates: concentration, control, center, precision, fluidity, and breath. She believes in the power of mindful movement to support both physical and mental wellbeing and focuses on creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

She was trained through Balanced Body, which honors the original work of Joseph Pilates while integrating modern movement science. Whether you’re recovering, building strength, or simply carving out time to care for yourself, Amanda is here to guide you through movement that is intelligent, intentional, and deeply personal.
